EpiManager is a national animal health information system for designing and conducting disease surveillance. The system aggregates and processes animal health data from various sources, such as public veterinary services, research institutions and laboratories. The system generates regular surveillance reports and specific analysis outputs to characterise the animal health situation in a country.
